Ms. Nambe-Roach, a member of Montclair Unity Church, The Brooklyn Truth Center, the Phi Eta Omega Chapter of The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., The Black Women’s Congress, Creator of KROPS (Khepera Rites of Passage System), is an educator, lecturer, choreographer, entrepreneur, wife and mother. In addition to being the Executive Director of Yvonne Nambe Associates (Y.N.A.) and of Khepera (KROPS), she is an executive board member of “Diplomas to Doctorates” an organization

Kashon is a mother of two, wife and business owner. Kashon relocated her family from Wayne, NJ to West Orange in 2015 and absolutely love the town. Kashon enjoyed a wonderful fourteen year career education as a teacher and Director for Career Education in the Paterson Public Schools and Newark Public Schools. She resigned in 2017 to launch her two business ventures one in Kitchen and Dining-ware and the other a rewarding mentoring and coaching company. Kashon brings her educational experiences, social and business savvy to help create unique ways to engage new young families that have moved to the West Orange area.

Cynthia Hadley-Bailey

Marketing & Website 

Cynthia Hadley-Bailey was born and raised in the Bronx New York. York. She graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, earning an Associate of Arts Degree and Bachelor of Arts in Community Relations. She has resided in West Orange for over 30 years and very active in the community. She is the past chair of PASSE, a special education group in West Orange, West Orange Human Relations Commission, president of the West Orange African Heritage Organization and the Rotary Club of West Orange.

Carol Black-Lemon

Marketing & Website 

Carol is an active community artist, volunteer and member of several art organizations. She is Co-Chair of the West Orange Arts Council, and Co-founder and facilitator of an artist discussion group, Creative Connection.  She studied media art for advertising at the School of Visual Arts in NYC and was an art director for many years before starting her own art & design  business.  Her focus these days is on creating art and bringing creative and cultural awareness to her community by helping others to express their hidden creativity.
